Who is Enrico Massani?
Enrico Massani is the author of The Joy of Connection book on how to find your coaching niche. He is also known as a clarity coach and heart decoder. He is based in Edinburgh and has a global reach. He is trilingual and speaks English, French and Italian.
Enrico has a unique intuitive ability to go ‘deep’ with clients quickly to uncover their ‘why’ and lead them to clarity. The frustration and resistance that’s blocking your progress at the moment can be lifted and turned around very quickly indeed, in a matter of hours.
Before launching the Joy of Connection, Enrico worked as a business coach and online marketer with his own marketing agency. In this role and for many years he operated two parallel careers. His curiosity to learn all he could about how to optimise business success has driven him to acquire an encyclopaedic knowledge of what is working online.
Whether you enrol in his popular ‘Focus Formula’ or ‘Release the Inner Warrior’ programmes, or hire him one on one to propel your new online presence and visibility, one thing is certain. You will benefit from business growth strategy, step by step guidance, recommendations about technology strategies and focus on the end result from the very first point of contact.
Enrico works as the bridge between your mind and your heart of hearts. He wants you to make the most of your own talents and gifts to create your best practice and share your contribution.

I offer one on one guidance to trailblazers and game changers who wish to fulfil their dreams of becoming or rekindling their inspiration about being heart-centred coaches, healers or hypnotherapists. By forcing us to slow down and take time to ‘smell the roses’ COVID-19 created a new wave of awareness. It forced us to pause and reflect. A lot of us yearn for going back to principles and values, not just having a plan designed by our heads but guided by our hearts instead.
What is the inspiration behind The Joy of Connection?

Fairness, joy and adventure.
Coming from a mixed culture being French and Italian. I was confused from an early age about which to follow but I can safely say both culture love food and family gatherings.
With the British culture, I had to adapt and ‘go around the houses’ to say something. You could say I learnt to me more diplomatic. I was told I was too blunt and too direct.
Being of service to humanity in a bigger way is what I have learnt. We all have a journey to go on, the path we have taken maybe not the best. Those are part of the struggles I mentioned earlier. It taught me about acceptance and peace. Very humbling experience.
Who would you like to connect with?
I would like to network with virtual assistants, career coaches and other coaches, digital agencies and podcast hosts.
