What services do you offer and to whom?

I offer one on one guidance to trailblazers and game changers who wish to fulfil their dreams of becoming or rekindling their inspiration about being heart-centred coaches, healers or hypnotherapists. By forcing us to slow down and take time to ‘smell the roses’ COVID-19 created a new wave of awareness. It forced us to pause and reflect. A lot of us yearn for going back to principles and values, not just having a plan designed by our heads but guided by our hearts instead.

What is the inspiration behind The Joy of Connection?

I always wanted to do my own thing and never liked people telling me what to do. I like to improve things. I was never happy or shall we say content in the corporate world. Their values that were affixed to the wall never really matched their behaviours. I felt used and sometimes abused but never utilised to the best of my capacity. I want people to reach their potential and explore life by loving each and every moment. I also want to eradicate suffering as it is so not needed. Struggling is ok, this is how we learn: creating and having a business that is heart centred and serves humanity.
If you had to name 3 values which guide you as a person, which would they be?

Fairness, joy and adventure.

What is typical of your birth country that you use in your work? What did you adopt of the Scottish culture that has shaped your way of working or doing business?

Coming from a mixed culture being French and Italian. I was confused from an early age about which to follow but I can safely say both culture love food and family gatherings.

With the British culture, I had to adapt and ‘go around the houses’ to say something. You could say I learnt to me more diplomatic. I was told I was too blunt and too direct.

Which charities have you once supported with your time and knowledge?
I grew up in a catholic family so when younger I did a lot of work with an organisation called ‘Foi et Lumière’ working with people with disabilities. In recent years, I volunteered with Waverley Care as a buddy for individuals who have AIDS and HIV and other related illnesses.
What did you learn from it that makes your services to your clients even more valuable?

Being of service to humanity in a bigger way is what I have learnt. We all have a journey to go on, the path we have taken maybe not the best. Those are part of the struggles I mentioned earlier. It taught me about acceptance and peace. Very humbling experience.

Who would you like to connect with?

I would like to connect with individuals who feel stuck in between worlds of old and new. They can see a glimpse of possibilities and together we can unfold their vision, develop their mission and celebrate their contribution. If you are a high achiever with a change of heart about your career, contact me!

I would like to network with virtual assistants, career coaches and other coaches, digital agencies and podcast hosts.

When was the last time that you were touched by a client’s reaction to what you helped them with?
Very recently with a client who was part of the pilot of my new programme The Focus Formula. It confirmed to me that every action creates a reaction. It was marvellous to see her transformation.
